The builder behind the work.

I'm Brian McMartin. I spend my time doing two things: helping mid-market companies fix and scale their enterprise systems, and building software products of my own.
My consulting work is centered on Epicor ERP and AI workflow automation. The companies I work with are doing real volume — manufacturing, distribution, construction — and their systems are the bottleneck. I come in, find the drag, and fix it.
On the product side, I've shipped Veritatlas and Uptik OS. A third platform — a multi-tenant document automation SaaS for construction — is in active build.
My advisory is short, candid, and outcome-shaped. I write the audit, build the prototype, and stay long enough to make sure the deployment works in production — not just on the whiteboard. I don't pad timelines.
Outcomes over deliverables
A report nobody reads is worthless. I build things that work, not things that look good in a handoff folder.
Minimum friction
Complexity is usually the problem. I subtract before I add.
Advisory without execution is theory
I don't hand off strategy and disappear. I stay until it's working.
Data over opinion
Decisions get made from evidence — production accounting and systems analysis, not gut feel.
